# Casanova Rogues are well known for their many diverse talents. Some in thievery, some in assassination, some in cunning, and some in charm. With a glint in their eye and a shine in their teeth, a Casanova is as good with words as they are with daggers, capturing the eye of their target and carving out whatever information they want before their target even knows what they’ve said. With their silver tongue and a golden smile, a Casanova is as good in the spotlight as they are in the shadows. ## Bonus Proficiency When you choose this archetype at3rd level, you gain proficiency in one skill of your choice from Deception, Performance, Persuasion, or Intimidation. When you make a check with your chosen skill, you can add your proficiency bonus twice to the roll. You also gain proficiency in the forgery kit. ## Dazzling Smile Starting at 3rd level, you have learned how to use your looks and your smile to the best effect. When a creature targets you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to force your attacker to make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency modifier + your Charisma modifier. On a failure, that creature has disadvantage on all attack rolls against you until the end of your next turn. ## Silver Tongue Starting at 9th level, you learn to use your words as carefully as a surgeon with a scalpel. You gain advantage on all Charisma checks against creatures affected by your Dazzling Smile feature. Additionally, all creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks to discern your true motives and intentions. ## Social Navigator Starting at 13th level, you learn how to tactically work in the perfect word as just the right moment. When you make a Charisma check against a creature, you can use your reaction to give yourself advantage on the roll. ## The Wink Starting at 17th level, you learn how to strike the mind, body, and soul with a simple look. When you make a Charisma check with advantage against a creature, you can roll your Sneak Attack and add the result to the roll. You can do this a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per short rest.
