Keen Sight and Smell. The owlbear has advantage on Wisdom(Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

Limited Flight. Unless it has another source of falling speed, the owlbear slowly descends to the ground at a rate of 60 feet per round whenever it ends its turn in the air, taking no damage from falling. If the owlbear's flying speed is reduced to 0 or if it chooses to, it instead falls at a normal rate and taking damage as normal.

Trampling Charge. If the owlbear moves at least 20 ft. straight towards a creature and then hits it with a beak attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the owlbear can make another attack with it's claws as a bonus action.

Actions

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (1d10+5) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: (2d8+5) slashing damage.

Legendary Actions

The owlbear can take 2 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Spent Legendary Actions are regained at the start of each turn.

Claw Attack. (Costs 2 Actions) The owlbear makes an attack with its claws.

Charge Attack. The owlbear moves up to half its speed in a straight line. If it ends its movement within 5 feet of another creature, it can make an attack with its beak. If the attack hits, the target must succeed a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Wing Attack. The owlbear beats its wings. Each creature within 10 ft. of the owlbear must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. The owlbear can then fly up to half its flying speed, this movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
