# Sorcerous Origin: Space Sorcery ## A Star-dusted Soul For some reason or another, your body has been a conduit for magic as long as you've been alive, by way of your innate connection to stars, and the power within the astral plane. With this connection came a variety of outlandish magical powers, allowing your sorcerer to bend the fabric of reality to their whim. ## Stardust Magic Due to your connections to the stars, you learn additional spells when you gain certain levels in this class, as shown on the Stardust Magic table. Each spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. These spells can’t be replaced when you gain a level in this class. ### Stardust Magic Table | Sorcerer Level | Spells | |:---:|:-----------:| | 1st | Eldritch Blast, Shield | | 3rd | Misty Step, Hold Person | | 5th | Blink, Thunderstep | | 7th | Banishment, Dimension Door | | 9th | Far Step, Hold Monster | ## Internal Starmap At sorcerer level 1, your connection to the stars has given you new ways to interact with the world around you. When under the night sky, you can freely identify any planet or constellation, as well as the direction that constellation lies in. ## Astral Modifications When you choose this sorcerous origin at 1st level, you gain the following benefits. You can only use one of these features per turn. In addition, at 2nd level or higher, you can expend a sorcery point as a reaction to add +2 to your AC. ### Force Damage When a spell attack deals Force damage, the target can be moved (5 x your charisma modifier) feet away from you as a reaction. If the force spell attack already forces movement, use whichever amount of movement is higher. ### Forced Movement When a spell you cast forces movement on another creature or creatures, you can select a number of those creatures equal to your Charisma modifier(minimum one) and move them in a different direction than what the spell dictates. \columnbreak ## Stardust Tampering At 6th level, the stardust resting in your soul finds ways to coat the magic you cast. Using the level of whatever spell you cast + 2 sorcery points, you can shift the damage type of any spell attack to force damage. ## Spacefold Warp At 14th level, while under the night sky, you have learned how to fold the space around you, allowing for quick and easy travel. You can use your bonus action to teleport up to 60ft to a location you can see. You can spend 3 sorcery points to bring another creature along with you during your teleportation. If the creature is unwilling, they must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. You can select a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier, spending an additional sorcery point for each one. ## Cosmic Empowerment At 18th level, you have grown so powerful that the laws of spacetime themselves bend around your presence. From 18th level forwards, all of your Space Sorcery features can be cast during the day, and all cost one less sorcery point to use, to a minimum of one point spent.
