The Fey Dragon
Your patron is an ancient dragon of both fey and draconic blood. Some point in history it was defeated or sealed away due to its immense strength. It has recently reincarnated as a small baby dragon and was injured by the surrounding wildlife. Whether out of curiosity, kindness, or something else you decided to save and care for it. Upon regaining its strength, it acknowledged your assistance and asked if it could repay your kindness by forming a pact with it. In exchange for lending you access to its immense magical power, it asked that you continue to look over its physical body until it has regrown into its full form.

A Friend When Needed
Starting at 1st level, your patron decides to join you on your adventures while you protect it. You patron joins you as an animal companion (stat blocks are detailed at the end of this class description) and can move independently of your command. During combat, The Fey Dragon takes its own initiative and can take actions and bonus actions as normal.
If The Fey Dragon is reduced to 0 HP at any time, it immediately dissipates and returns to the Fey Wilds. You can bring The Fey Dragon back by performing a ritual during a long rest.
The Fey Dragon begins as a baby and grows with you as you level. The stat blocks for The Fey Dragon change as it grows. They Fey Dragon grows when you reach 6th level, and again at 11th and 17th.
Direct Connection
At 6th level, you can call on the magic that connects you to your patron and switch places with them. As an action or reaction, you can switch places with your patron and upon switching either you or your patron may make a melee attack or cast a cantrip.
You must finish a short or long rest before you can use this feature again.
One in The Same
Beginning at 10th level, your patron imbues within you some of its own physical presence. As a bonus action you can transform into an exact copy of your patron until the end of your next turn. You share all current stats and hp of your patron and any attacks or spells you cast do not count against your consumed spell slots. If you are reduced to 0 HP while in this form you revert to your original form and HP but are stunned until the end of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
A Gift of Protection
Starting at 14th level, you can call on the Fey magic that flows from your patron to shield yourself. As a bonus action you surround yourself in a magical aura that takes the shape of dragon scale armor with wings. You gain temporary HP equal to half of your patrons max HP + your charisma modifier, as well as gain a fly speed of 30 feet. These effects last for 10 minutes or until all the temporary HP has been depleted.
You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Additonal Pact Boon
Pact of the Companion
Prerequisite: Otherworldly Patron – The Fey Dragon
Your connection with your patron has proven to be that of true friendship. As an action, you can see through your patron’s eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn, gaining the benefits of any special senses that it has. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses.
Additionally, when you cast a spell you can choose to have the source of the spell come from your patron. You still consume the spell slot and components needed yourself.
If you select this Pact Boon, the requirement to return your patron from the fey wilds is reduced to a ritual performed during a short rest.
