Wild Stance

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can use two-weapon fighting even when the one handed melee weapons you are wielding aren’t light.

Additionally, when you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack.

Cyclone Attack

At 3rd level, you can perform a spinning attack against foes unfortunate enough to be caught within your reach.

Whenever you take the Attack action while raging, you can replace one of your attacks with a cleaving strike against any number of creatures within 5 feet of you.

Each creature of your choice must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes damage equal to 1d8 + your Strength modifier. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage instead.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

Unstoppable Advance

At 6th level, while raging, your are immune to the paralyzed condition, and your walking speed cannot be reduced by another creature, unless it is set to 0. For example, you ignore difficult terrain and speed reductions from spells like Ray of Frost, but being grappled or incapacitated still sets you speed to 0.

Living Whirlwind

At 10th level, other creatures have disadvantage on opportunity attack rolls against you.

Your Cyclone Attack damage die increases from 1d8 to 2d8.

Vortex of Steel

At 14th level, when you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can perform two attacks instead of one as a bonus action.

Your Cyclone Attack damage die increases from 2d8 to 3d8.

Summary:

A simple subclass designed for dual wielding and rampaging through enemy forces. The Berserker Barbarian doesn't synergize with dual wielding, so this was created.
