Pawa Tribe's
Fantastical Butter

While it is rare to find an Otterfolk tribe in a permanent settlement, it is even rarer to find one built close to a city as big as Arcford. Being an important trading hub in between the two biggest cities on the continent, and also being the only city found in the maze of rivers and streams known as the White Water Graveyard, The Pawa tribe of the Otterfolk people find themselves a great asset in guiding the treacherous rivers and helping those in need. However, one thing that the Pawa tribe is most well known for and takes the most pride in is their high quality butter. Being the most delicious butter on the continent, it not only is great in almost any dish, but also seems to temporarily improve the creature that consumes it. It seems like magic, but the Pawa tribe will never tell, cause where's the fun in revealing a secret?

Fantastical Butter

Wonderous item, rare

This seashell case, 6 inches in diameter, contains 1d10 + 2 uses of a solid chunk of freshly made butter. The case and its contents weigh around half a pound. The seashell case is enchanted and will keep the butter cool and usable for up to 2 months.

You can expend one use of your butter on your turn (no action required) to add it on top of a piece of food or incorporate it into one meal. As an action, you can eat a piece of food with this butter either on or incorporated into it. Eating this food restores 2d8 + 3 hit points. Additionally, for 10 minutes after consuming the butter, you can give yourself advantage on one ability check or attack roll every 1 minute. When the butter is on or incorporated into a piece of food, it lasts for 1 day before it loses its magical properties.

After 3 weeks, the butter loses its magical properties and does not give any benefits when consumed. However it still remains very tasty.
