Sentient Undead Traits
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 2.
Age: Sentient Undead are ageless however their minds fade overtime. A Sentient Undead can live up to 1000 years.
Alignment: Sentient Undead after regaining their senses abandon their previous masters and orders. Sentient Undead trend towards neutral alignments.
Living Undead. You have been reborn as an Undead creature. You gain the following benefits:
- Your creature type is Undead
- You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.
- You don't need to eat, drink, or breathe.
- You are immune to disease.
- You don't need to sleep, and magic can't put you to sleep.
- You are immune to magical aging effects.
Past Life. Echoes from your past let you retain some of your former skills. You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice, 1 artisan's tool and 1 gaming set or instrument
Back from the Grave. Sentient Undead are creatures who have already meet their own end but have come back by magical means. Choose any other race besides Sentient Undead, this race will dictate certain aspects of this race. Your movement speed, size and languages are the same as the race chosen. Additionally, one of your ability scores increases by 1, you can choose any stat from the ability score increase feature from your chosen race except for Intelligence.
Consequences of the Arisen. You cannot benefit from the effects of healing spells other than your own and cannot benefit from the effects of potions.
Death holds no Authority. You have advantage on death saving throws.
Sooth your Bones. As a bonus action, you can spend a number of Hit Die equal to half your level rounded up to heal yourself. Roll the die, add your Constitution modifier, and regain a number of hit points equal to the total (minimum of 1).
