However, there are other abilities (such as the [Long Step](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/fey/arctic-druid/) ability) that possess usage limits that are measured in rounds/minutes/etc.; if an ability has a recharge time listed in its description, you can use that ability as frequently as you are allowed to based on its specified interval. For example, if you use an ability that has a recharge time of 10 minutes, you must wait for at least 10 minutes before you can use it again. </div>
