4th level action: (3/day) reaction: Invulnerable Goblin rolls with the hit and ignores all damage taken from one melee attack.

Crimson Rite as a bonus action Goblins weapon can gain 1d4 rite damage +1 radiant at the temporary cost of 1 health level.
Special
When tracking fey, fiend or undead she cannot be surprised by any creature of that type. She can only track one type at a time.

Goblin has advantage on tracking fey, fiends, undead as well as int check on recalling information about them.

Goblin has green skin and small tusks, dark red eyes and slightly pointed ears. On a good day she could pass for a green eladrin. Her arms, hands and fingers are covered in small scars as if she cuts herself.
Her fingers are covered in tatooes of infernal words, this was part of the Hunters bane ritual, the runes invoke a specific devil by name "Rogeth". This is the devil Goblin has made her personal contract with, the source of her Blood hunter powers.
Her green complexion has a slight tint of blue in it here and there, mixing with human has provoked the green colour as all Orcs in the southern mountains of Ursia are known to be blue skinned.
Justice: Goblin believes the undead has either not been given true justice or been just themselves and this has driven them mad, terrorizing the living seeking true justice. She pities the undead and sees her order as an instrument of justice, delivering mad souls onward to their final journey. She does not blame the undead, for it is as much the people around you that damns you with suffering injustices as it is your own lack of just that can condemn you. Justice is not about the rule and word of law, justice is fairness. The world is not a fair, that is why it is the burden of mortals to be fair to each other and themselves to avoid damnation.Purpose
Goblin's purpose as NPC in the campaign is to act as a possible source of information:
A former member of Goblins Blood hunter enclave, succombed to dark tempations. She did something unforgivable and Goblin swore to bring justice to Dagger.
Ritual: Dagger has searched for texts and secrets about a ritual devoted to Erythnul that will allow her to return a dead champion to the mundane world. Someone named "Blood King". The ritual requires both willing and unwilling sacrifices and if the ritual is not carried out to completion it will twist upon itself and release a punishment instead.
Goblin tracked her here from the caves of chaos where she was working with a real priestess, which she is not herself.
She does not recognize the name, if told where it was read she surmises its the goblins name for it. It does imply someone able to control ghosts.
Thornwastes: an ancient druid withdrew there in a huge stone lion, he created the lionheart and is rumoured to survive as an undead. Goblins order is not capable at the moment to deal with it. They believe it to retain it's spellcasting abilities in undeath.
Located in the southern mountains near the coast.

There is also a bandit camp in an old abandoned house or manor outside the town
Her home town is close to the border of Ursia, "Carrickduv" (Stone Black) named for the huge black rock/mountain nearby.
Akacia is a land of tribes, small city states, pockets of isolated civilization surrounded by wild lands. Rife with monsters, ruins and ancient things.
Goblin tracked Dagger through a secret or forgotten way through the mountains
Goblin has heard the name Stormshadow before, dread is associated with it. Goblinoids in her lands knows it and fears it. Maybe she knows someone who knows more? in a remote site in Akacia.
