When you put this crystal ring, on you can spend one hour attuning an item to the ring but not yourself.

Once you've attuned an item to this ring, you can summon the item to your hand as an action as long as you're wearing the ring and the item is on the same plane of existence. If you take the ring off, the ring unattunes to the item and cannot be worn by the same creature for one week.

If the ring comes into contact with another item that has the same properties and they attune to one another, then the wearer of this ring can teleport to the wearer of the other item whether they are on the same plane of existence or not, and vice versa.
