All these are the same Pokèmon, after "season" it goes into hybernation. When hybernating it has the stats for the Normal type Kingling. It is weakend during this time as it charges up power for a new season, so it has to hide (Reason it is rarely spotted between seasons) for one week.

When charged it comes out of hiding with new typing, E.g: After summer comes Fall and it transforms into Electric typing. It flies over all of Vallar, using its power to change the season from Summer to Fall, same with all other seasons. It protects the pokemon of Vallar, and it is responsible for changing the seasons.
