Cannon Golem

Made of wood and metal, this large construct has a permanently attached cannon for its right arm that it uses to blast apart walls, ships, and anything else that gets in its way. These humanoid shaped golems were first constructed to act as guardians of a port, especially as their immense weight couldn't always be supported by the deck of a ship. While they aren't exactly common, many pirate kings have spent a sizeable amount of their fortune to build these as their bodyguards or protectors of their treasure hoards.

Constructed Nature. A golem doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep.

Immutable Form. The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance. The golem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The golem's weapon attacks are magical.

Siege Monster. The golem deals double damage to objects and structures.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes three attacks with its slam.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Cannon (Recharge 5-6). The golem fires its cannon in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is knocked prone and takes 44 (8d10) bludgeoning damage. On a successful save, a creature is not knocked prone and takes only half as much damage.

If there is an object in the area, it automatically fails its saving throw, and if it would be reduced to 0 hit points by the cannon's damage, it is destroyed and the line of effect continues past it.
