Ickath
Racial Traits
Your ickath character has the following traits.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2, and one other ability score of your choice increases by 1.
Age. Ickath reach maturity at age 50 and can live up to three centuries.
Size. Ickath are roughly about dwavish height and are stockily built. Your size is Medium. To set your height and weight randomly, start with rolling a size modifier:
- Size modifier = 2d6
- Height = 4 feet + your size modifier in inches
- Weight in pounds = 120 + (2d6 x your size modifier)
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Miasmavision. Thanks to your time spent in foul gas-rich environments, you have a strangely acclimated type of vision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You also aren't blinded or affected by obscurations created by fog or gas-like obstacles.
Pollutant Physiology. Environments or gas that would support normal biological life is considered toxic for you. Because of that, you are immune to Poison damage and the Poisoned condition, and can only survive in poisonous or toxic-like environments. You're also immune to disease. (I.E., you cannot breathe air and would be suffocated by it, but can survive in poison gas or polluted environments. You can eat all manners of food, but prefer garbage-like matter).
Hazard Training. You gain proficiency with the Nature and Survival skills. Additionally, you gain proficiency with Alchemist's Supplies and the Poisoner's Kit.
Languages. You can speak Common and Mutoid.
Ickathian Devices
Ickath wear a 'protective' suit that funnels 'breathable' poisonous gas for them from a canister on their back. Adventuring Ickath carry with them a Gorkstaff, a non-magical apparatus that filters poisons or pollutants from the air within a 5-foot square within reach as an action, which is collected into their collective canister.
