While you wear this amulet it cannot be taken off your person, you're immune to lightning, and you can cast the spells Lightning Lure and Shocking Grasp. If it's storming, you've been struck by lightning, or hit with lightning damage, then you deal an additional 2d12 lightning damage on your next attack that lands for 1 minute.
