Barbarian:

Path of the Ghoul

Ghouls are terrifying mutants that stalk and hunt their prey using unnatural limbs called kagune. These barbarians become even more monstrous and feral as they grow, ending up as ferocious abominations that give in to the eternal hunger of their Kagune.

Null speech

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to telepathically communicate basic ideas with aberrations and undead within 30ft of you.

Kagune

At 3rd level, when you enter rage, you manifest a number of supernatural appendages called Kagune equal to half your proficiency modifier (rounded down) which last for the duration of your rage. Your kagune might look like demonic wings, or maybe like chitinous tentacles extending from your back, etc. For the duration, you can use one of the following features on your turns as a bonus action:

Rend. You use your kagune as natural weapons to make a melee attack against a creature within 10ft of you, dealing 1d4 force damage per kagune you have on a hit.

Fortify. You gain 1d4 temporary hit points per kagune you have.

Leap. You use your kagune to propel yourself and jump to an unoccupied space you can see without provoking attacks of opportunity. The space must be within 10ft per kagune you have.

Ferocity

At 6th level, you grow more bestial in nature. You gain the following features while you are raging:

Interception. As a reaction to when you are hit by an attack, you can intercept it using one of the kagune you have. The kagune is destroyed, and the attacker must reroll the attack, potentially causing it to miss.

Feast. As a reaction to when a creature within 5ft of you drops to 0 hit points, you can devour some of its flesh, and grow an additional kagune. You cannot have more kagune than your proficiency modifier.

Memories in the flesh

At 10th level, you learn to uncover secrets from the flesh of your enemies. As an action, you can devour some of the flesh from a creature or a corpse within 5ft of you, and mentally ask one question. You receive a truthful answer from the knowledge the creature has or had in life. You can also use this feature when you use your reaction to Feast.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your constitution modifier, and regain all expended uses on a long rest.

Kakuja

At 14th level, you learn to manifest the greatest potential of your kagune. When you rage, you can cover your whole body in supernatural armor similar to your kagune, such as hardened scales if your kagune manifest as draconic wings.

For the duration, your size increases to large and you can immediately use your kagune features as part of the same reaction when you use your ferocity features. When used in this way, these features do not require a bonus action to use and are used after the reaction is resolved.
