This cursed item has been known for its ability to make its wearers feel more capable than they actually are. When attuned to this item, you feel the compulsion to wear it as often as possible, and you perceive it as more valuable than any other treasure. You also feel like the most capable person for any task, regardless of your actual skill level. The Dungeon Master rerolls your statistics randomly. The statistics rolled are your statistics as long as you are attuned to the item. Additionally, your ability modifiers are inverted: positive modifiers become negative and negative modifiers become positive. As long as the item is cursed, you cannot voluntarily unattune from it.

Removing the Curse. The curse on this item can only be broken through the use of the Wish spell, or by bathing the item in a holy well under the light of the full moon. When the curse is broken, the properties of this item are altered, such that only negative statistic modifiers are inverted.
