Fey Blinkster Rogue

Fey mischief comes in many forms. The Blinkster has the fey knack of pestering their enemies by blinking all around them. When they think you are cornered, you fey step around them and attack. When they try to run, you show up one step ahead. When they try to pin you down, you are nowhere to be found. You are the Blinkster, uncatchable and incorrigible.

Whoosh!

3rd-level Rogue

You have learned to use the lifeforce of a nearby creature as a pivot to teleport around it.

When you are within 5ft of a creature, you can expend your bonus action and any remaining movement speed to teleport to any unoccupied space you can see that is within 5ft of it. You cannot use this feature if your movement speed is set to 0.

This feature improves when you achieve higher levels in this subclass.

Starting at level 9, you no longer have to expend any movement speed to whoosh, so you can use this feature even if your movement speed is set to 0.

Starting at level 13, you no longer need to be able to see the space you are teleporting to, as long as it is adjacent to the creature. If the space is already occupied, the whoosh fails.

Zing!

3rd-level Rogue

Your shifting maneuvers make it difficult for the enemy to predict your strikes and easier for you to land them.

When you teleport at least 10ft and end the teleport within 5ft of a creature, your next weapon attack against that creature is made with advantage. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until after your next teleport. This feature applies to all forms of teleportation granted by this subclass.

Yoink!

9th-level Rogue

You learn the Misty Step spell and can cast it twice without requiring a spell slot. You regain both expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

When you cast Misty Step, you leave behind a tether on the spot where you started casting the spell. On subsequent turns, you can use your bonus action to teleport back to the tether. If the space of the tether is occupied, the teleport fails.

The tether disappears when you teleport back to it. It also disappears after 1 minute or when you cast Misty Step again.

Poof!

13th-level Rogue

When you use your reaction to Uncanny Dodge and after you have taken the reduced damage, you can choose to immediately teleport into the Ethereal Plane. While there, you can only affect and be affected by other creatures on the Ethereal Plane. You automatically teleport back from the Ethereal Plane to your original space at the end of that turn.

Bamf!

17th-level Rogue

You learn the Dimension Door spell and can cast it twice without requiring a spell slot. You regain both expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Additionally, whenever you teleport using a feature from this subclass, you can make a weapon attack immediately after the teleport (no action required).
