Way of the Flaming Fists

Monks of this way use their inner power to light up their combat with Ki-fueled pyrotechnics. Their martial expression is so strong that their fists literally light on fire, delivering powerful blows that can kick enemies high into the air. Monasteries of this tradition train their students intensively, so they can fight with great power and a (literal) burning passion.

The life of Flaming Fists monk is devoted to fighting, with many following this way to protect their lands or their families, to seek for glory In fighting pits or to earn money as mercenaries. This life of fighting is what motivates many monks of this way to take on the lives of adventurers.

Flaming Strikes

3rd level Way of the Flaming Fists feature

When you hit a creature with one of your attacks granted by your Flurry of Bows, you can empower this attack with your flames, dealing extra fire damage equal to 2 rolls of your martial arts die. You can also spend a extra Ki point to make this attack even more powerful, increasing the extra damage to 3 rolls of your martial arts die and Knocking the creature 10ft into any direction.

Additionally, when you make an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 Ki point to propel a small fireball from the attack. When you do so, the damage of the attack becomes equal to 3 rolls of your martial arts die on fire damage, and the range of the attack increases by 25ft.

Continuous Strikes

6th level Way of the Flaming Fists feature

Your powerful martial expression allows you to access a new form for your Flurry of Blows. When you use your Flurry of Blows, you can lunch your self into the air with your flames and deliver four unarmed strikes instead of the normal two. If at least two of the attacks hit, you can spend one additional Ki point to make 2 additional unarmed strikes. The attacks made with this feature cannot deliver your stunning strike or be affected by your Flaming Strikes feature, and you cannot add your dexterity modifier to their damage.

Burning Resolve

11th-level Way of the Flaming Fists Feature

Your fiery passion for fighting makes you more powerful. You have advantage on initiative rolls, and your unarmed strikes deal extra fire damage equal to your wisdom modifier Additionally, when you miss with an unarmed strike, you can immediately spend a Ki point to make another unarmed strike that deals extra fire damage equal to 1 roll of your martial arts die. You can use this ability once per turn

Flames of Destruction

17th-level Way of the Flaming Fists Feature

As an action, you can spend 3 Ki points to engulf an enemy with your flames. You create a current of flames that engulfs a creature of your choice that you can see within 15ft (you choose the appearance of the flames). The creature is forced to make a dexterity saving throw, taking 10d6 + 60 fire damage on a failed save, or half in a success. If the creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this damage, Its body and any non-magic items being worn or carried turns into ash. The creature cannot be revived than by any magic other then true resurrection or wish.
