This supplement includes mechanics for several new types of vore. They are listed here:
Unbirth

Unbirth
When a Pred takes the Devour action, they may instead choose to Unbirth the targeted creature. All of the same rules apply, except the creature ends up in the Pred's womb, rather than their stomach. When dealing with Unbirth, rules, spells, and features that specify the pred's stomach also apply to the pred's womb, with the following exceptions:
- You may choose to deal no digestion damage to all creatures in your womb, though you may not choose individual prey to be unharmed.
- You do not regain HP upon fully digesting a creature
- Digested creatures do not count as a meal
Cock Vore
When a Pred takes the Devour action, they may instead choose to devour the targeted creature with their cock. All of the same rules apply, except the creature ends up in the Pred's balls, rather than their stomach. When dealing with Cock Vore, rules, spells, and features that specify the pred's stomach also apply to the pred's balls, with the following exceptions:
- You may choose to deal no digestion damage to all creatures in your womb, though you may not choose individual prey to be unharmed.
- You do not regain HP upon fully digesting a creature
- Digested creatures do not count as a meal
- Digesting a creature creates an amount of cum equal to twice the prey's capacity points in gallons
Anal Vore
When a Pred takes the Devour action, they may instead choose to devour the targeted creature with their ass. All of the same rules apply, except the creature ends up in the Pred's rectum, rather than their stomach. When dealing with Anal Vore, rules, spells, and features that specify the pred's stomach also apply to the pred's rectum.
Breast Vore
When a Pred takes the Devour action, they may instead choose to devour the targeted creature with their breast. All of the same rules apply, except the creature ends up in the Pred's breast, rather than their stomach. When dealing with Breast Vore, rules, spells, and features that specify the pred's stomach also apply to the pred's breast, with the following exceptions:
- You do not regain HP upon fully digesting a creature
- Digested creatures do not count as a meal
- Digesting a creature creates an amount of milk equal to twice the prey's capacity points in gallons
- While you have milk in your breasts, you may choose to breastfeed another creature. For each minute that that creature breastfeeds, their stomach is filled with 1 capacity point of milk, and your breasts lose 2 gallons of milk.
Capacity
All of the areas inside of a given pred share the same capacity. For example, if a pred has 4 capacity points worth of prey in their stomach, and 2 capacity points worth in their womb, they are carrying 6 capacity points total.
