Otherworldly Patron
The Grimoire
Either through cosmic coincidence or fated destiny, you are in possession of a grimoire containing boundless magical knowledge and power. The owner of the tome may not be known, but it is clear they held great knowledge of the arcane, some of which is held within this book. Study of the grimoire has revealed that some consciousness lives within the tome, obscuring and protecting its knowledge. The consciousness can be of its previous owner or an eternal servant, looking to return to its master. Only through forming a pact with this entity are you able to access the knowledge of the grimoire and begin to decode its hidden secrets.
Expanded Spell List
1st-level Grimoire feature
The Grimoire lets you choose from an expanded list of spells. Choose a school of magic from the following; Abjuration, Conjuration, Divination, Enchantment, Evocation, Illusion, Necromancy, or Transmutation. All sorcerer spells of 5th level or lower from the chosen school are added to the warlock spell list for you.
Living Grimoire
1st-level Grimoire feature
A magical bond has been created between you and the grimoire. The grimoire can be used as a spellcasting focus for your Warlock spells. Additionally, you can use Intelligence, instead of Charisma, as the spellcasting ability for your warlock spells. This feature extends to your warlock class features and invocations as well.
The grimoire cannot be destroyed and if its misplaced or stolen you can perform a 1-hour ritual to return it. The ritual can be performed during a short or long rest. The grimoire also functions like a Book of Shadows if you take the Pact of the Tome feature at 3rd level.
Tome of Arcana
1st-level Grimoire feature
The grimoire contains a plethora of arcane knowledge you can draw from. You no longer need to learn spells, instead you prepare spells from the Warlock spell list. The number of spells you can prepare each day is equal to the number shown in the “Spells Known” column of the Warlock class table. The spells you choose must be of a level no higher than what’s shown in the "Slot Level" column of the Warlock class table.
You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest. You can also change one of your prepare spells when you finish a short rest.
Mind Shield
6th-level Grimoire feature
The grimoire is capable of shielding your mind from harm. On your turn, you can use your grimoire to end one effect that is causing you to be Charmed, Frightened, or Incapacitated. Optionally, if you fail to maintain concentration on a spell, you can use your grimoire to turn that failure into a success. Using your grimoire doesn’t require any action from you.
You can use this feature once, regaining its use when you finish a long or short rest.

Encyclopedia
10th-level Grimoire feature
The grimoire contains information on a variety of monsters. As an action, target a creature you can see within 60ft and make either a Charisma or Intelligence (Arcana) check. The target must make a contested Charisma (Deception) check. If you succeed the contest, you learn the following attributes about it;
Damage Immunities / Resistances / Vulnerabilities and Condition Immunities.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Mage of Two Minds
14th-level Grimoire feature
If you are reduced to 0 hit points, but not outright killed, you can allow your grimoire to take over your body, allowing you to remain conscious. You can move, act and communicate like normal and continue to make Death Saving Throws. If you are stabilized, you gain 1 hit point and remain conscious.
You can use this feature once, regaining its use when you finish a long rest.
