Diamonds in the Rough
A Spindrift Knight is one who does not take up the blade, but who is selected by the discerning eye of the Knight's Captain. Indoctrinated at a young age, these sacrificial scions hone their arsenal in a rather unorthodox way. Composed mostly of noble women -- the lessons they've learned through a noble lifestyle, whether it be dance, posture, or etiquette are all utilized in their training to come.
As a Spindrift Knight, you have honed your bladework through dance, technique and skill. Why swing a greatsword with force when you can merely flow with the momentum? Such is the ideals these knights carry, whether in battle or without.
Sacrificial Bladework - Ival
Starting at 3rd level, your mastery of heavy weapons shines through. When you wield a weapon with the heavy property, it gains the Finesse property, as you use the momentum of the blades weight to your advantage.
In addition, you gain proficiency in the Performance skill.
Sacrificial Techniques
Starting at 3rd level, you also learn the secretive techniques of the order.
Technique dice. You have a number of Technique dice equal to twice your proficiency bonus. These dice start out as a d6. When you reach certain levels in this class, the size of your Sacrificial Technique dice increases: at 5th level (d8), 11th level (d10), and 17th level (d12).
You regain all your expended Sacrificial Technique dice when you finish a long rest.
These dice are used on these techniques shown below:
Sacrificial Bladework - Yfan. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to expend one technique dice, roll the dice, and reduce the damage taken by the number rolled plus your fighter level, as you mitigate the impact by flowing with the momentum of the strike.
Sacrificial Bladework - Lept. You can throw your weight into your strikes, increasing the bite of its edge exponentially. Once on each of your turns, immediately after you hit a target with a melee attack, you can deal an increased amount of damage equal to a roll of your technique dice plus your Constitution modifier.
Sacrificial Bladework - Piros. When you make a melee attack, you aim to cripple your opponent. Roll your technique dice and add the result to your damage, and the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature cannot take reactions until the start of its next turn, and its movement speed is halved until the end of its next turn.
The saving throw DC for this technique is calculated as follows:
Technique save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice)

Aristocratic Expertise
Starting at 7th level, you gain proficiency in either the Deception or Persuasion skill.
In addition, whenever you make a Charisma-based skill check, you can expend a technique dice and add the result to the roll. This feature can only be used once per roll.
Additional Techniques
Also starting at 7th level, you gain access to additional sacrificial techniques as shown below:
Sacrificial Bladework - Schizo. As an action, you can expend a technique dice and make an attack against every creature within range of your melee weapon. You roll the dice and add the result to the damage for the first creature you hit.
Sacrificial Bladework - Piso. If you are hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction to expend a technique dice and add the result to your AC, making it possibly miss. If the attack misses, you can make an attack as part of the same reaction against the attacking creature.
Willpower of a Nation
Starting at 10th level, you gain proficiency in Wisdom saving throws.
Additionally, you can use your action to cleanse yourself of one condition effecting you. This feature can be used once per long rest.
Wellspring of War-Lust
Starting at 15th level, your experience in battle has shone through in your techniques. Once per turn, you can add half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) to the result of a roll of your technique dice.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and this wellspring recharges after a short or long rest.

Sacrificial Trance
Starting at 18th level, your ability to weave through attacks and avoid the strikes of your opponents have honed your responsive reflexes, putting you in a sort of battle trance.
Attack rolls against you are made with disadvantage, as you flow with the strikes of your opponents, moving well before they connect with you. If you are hit by an attack, this trance is temporarily disturbed until the end of your next turn. This trance is also disrupted while you are incapacitated or if your speed is 0.
