The Shinehorn is a pacifist and will never attack another creature. Instead it tries to get to safety as best as it can.

Glow At will, the Shinehorn can emit dim light from its horns in a 5-feet radius around it, or remove the light entirely.

Actions

Nimble retreat As a Reaction to a creature moving within 5 feet of the Shinehorn. It can move upto its movement speed without triggering attacks of opportunity.

Addiontally, If the Shinehorne is using its Shine ability. It can rapidly flicker its horns as an attempt to blind a creature. Every creature within 5ft of the shinehorn when it uses its nimble retreat ability has to succeed on a DC 13 dexterity saving throw or be blinded until the end of the Shinehorn's turn.

Mount As an Action, the Shinehorn can ride on top of a friendly creature for safety. While mounted all attacks against the shinehorn are made with disadvantage. And the Shinehorn can lend its passive perception to the creature as it looks out for dangers.

Shine As a Bonus Action the Shinehorn can supercharge its horns providing bright light in a 30-foot radius around it and dim light for an additional 30 feet.

This ability can be turned off with a bonus action and lasts for 1 hour and recharges on a short or long rest.
