Stella Wachter
Married to the Baron's son, Victor, Stella Wachter was subjected to unnamable magical experimentation by her husband in his pursuit of knowledge. His magical efforts, and power seeped into her body first: damaging, contorting or puppeting against her will. Then the magic came for her mind, mixed with the painful exploitation of her husband. Stella's sanity snapped, leaving her a mess of abuse and insanity. And in her insanity her husband's magic tore into her very soul, corrupting her with her own magical spark that went unnoticed due to her cat-like state.
Locked away by her own family, Stella recognizes the abuse surrounding her, but is unable to save herself. Upon a group of strangers asking to see her and casting healing magic that restored her mind, the Dark Powers that stride through the mists of Barovia twisted the spell to give Stella access to her innate magical prowess.
This is a statblock to reflect Stela's transformation at the hands of both Victor and the Dark Powers that plague Barovia. At base, it's the Deathlock from Mordenkeinen's Tome of Foes but has been changed to better reflect accurately on Stella's stats as a commoner. Feel free to change the statblock as you see fit, this is simply my take on Stella for when/if she joins the part and is chosen by Madam Eva from the fate readings.

Spellcasting. Stella is a 5th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). She regains her expended spell slots when she finishes a short or long rest. She knows the following warlock spells:
Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast, friends, mind sliver
1st-3rd level (2 3rd-level slots): counterspell, dispel magic, hold person, shatter, shield
Hex Warrior Stella has proficiency with medium armor, shields and martial weapons. She also uses her Charisma modifier when making weapon attacks.
