Deceptive Appearance. The rabbit has advantage on attacks it makes against creatures that are surprised.
Evasion. If the rabbit is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Magic Resistance. The rabbit has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Standing Leap. Both the rabbit's long jump and high jump are up to 15 feet, with or without a running start. The rabbit has resistance to damage it takes from falling.
Actions
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (6d6 + 7) piercing damage.
Throat Rend. The rabbit makes a standing long jump. If the rabbit moves into another creature's space during the jump, it immediately hits the creature and makes a bite attack against it. If the bite attack hits, the rabbit latches onto the creature's throat or other suitable body part and grapples it (escape DC 17). While the creature is grappled in this way, the rabbit has advantage on attacks against it, the rabbit's attacks against it are critical hits when they hit, and missed attacks against the rabbit have a 50% chance to hit the grappled creature. So long as the grappled creature is at least two sizes larger than the rabbit, it is not subject to any movement penalties imposed by the grapple. A creature killed by the rabbit while the rabbit is latched onto its throat is decapitated.
