# Cleric Divine Domain: Feast Domain Gods of feasting are usually seen as weaker than their brethren, certainly no match for a mighty war or tempest god, and the most powerful of them are often more firmly rooted in other domains anyway, such as nature or life, but any army that underestimates the importance of nourishment is sure to be left defeated before they even reach the battlefield. Their clerics, jovially referred to as “priests of the feast”, are provisioners and partygoers, servants of the divine truth that a good meal in fine company can be more uplifting than any heroic speech. ### Feast Domain Spells | Cleric Level | Spells | |:---:|:-----------:| | 1st | *Goodberry, Purify Food and Drink* | | 3rd | *Enhance Ability, Lesser Restoration* | | 5th | *Create Food and Water, Plant Growth* | | 7th | *Aura of Life, Aura of Purity* | | 9th | *Commune with Nature, Insect Plague* | ### Bonus Cantrips When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain the *create bonfire* and *prestidigitation* cantrips. These count as cleric cantrips for you, but they don’t count against the number of cleric cantrips you know. ### Traveling Chef At 1st level, you gain proficiency in Cook’s Utensils. When preparing food, your divine magic supplements the materials, meaning that you can prepare meals for half the cost of the ingredients. ### Channel Divinity: Feed the Faithful Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to conjure refreshments. As an action, you present your holy symbol and invoke your deity, conjuring enough food for you and five other medium creatures for one meal. Creature’s partaking in the meal gain temporary hit points equal to your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier for 1 hour. \columnbreak ### Hearty Nourishment From 6th level, your divine magic allows you to draw strength from the holy act of partaking in the feast. When you consume a meal, you gain 1 hit point for every 3cp the food is worth, for instance a poor meal confers 2 hit points, while a modest one restores 10. At 17th level, you extend this benefit to all creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you, while the healing you personally receive from the feature is doubled *Preparation of food is prayer in and of itself. The effectiveness of this feature is not reduced by using your Travelling Chef feature to reduce the cost, however you do not gain its benefit with magically conjured food such as from your Channel Divinity or the* create food and water *spell.* ### Gastric Power Also from 6th level, you gain resistance to poison damage, and have advantage on saving throws against poisonous effects. In addition, when you damage a creature with a cleric cantrip, you add your Wisdom modifier (as poison damage) to the damage dealt. ### Food for Thought Beginning at 8th level, when a creature consumes a meal that you have prepared (manually or conjured), it may add your Wisdom modifier to any Intelligence checks it makes for the next hour.
