From Level 2
Uncanny Displacement
When an enemy creature moves within 5 feet of you on their turn, you may cast misty step as a reaction using a warlock spell slot.
You can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
Advancing Blast
Prerequisite: eldritch blast cantrip
When you hit a creature with eldritch blast, you can pull yourself up to 10 feet closer to the creature in a straight line.
Sapping Blast
Prerequisite: eldritch blast cantrip, and any eldritch invocation which augments eldritch blast
On any turn you hit a creature with eldritch blast and affect its movement speed or force it to move via an invocation effect, your speed is increased by 10 feet until the end of your turn.
Staggering Blast
Prerequisite: eldritch blast cantrip
Whenever you score a critical hit with eldritch blast, you can force the target to roll a Strength saving throw or become prone at the end of your turn. If the creature is Huge or larger, it has advantage on the saving throw.
Mercurial Hex
Prerequisite: hex
When you cast hex, it no longer requires concentration, and its duration is reduced to 1 minute.
Cryptic Tongue
You may communicate by uttering strange syllables of no known language. As an action, you can choose one creature within 60 feet of you that can understand at least one language. Until the end of your next turn, your speech is intelligible to that creature only.
From Level 5
Soul Wither
Prerequisites: 5th level
When you hit a creature with eldritch blast, you may cast ray of enfeeblement on the same creature as a bonus action using a warlock spell slot.
Listener's Mind
Prerequisites: 5th level
You gain advantage on any Wisdom (Insight) roll to determine if a creature speaking a language you understand is intentionally deceiving you.
Dreadful Retaliation
Prerequisites: 5th level
You can cast hellish rebuke at will as a 1st-level spell, without expending a spell slot or material components.
Patron's Ward
Prerequisites: 5th level
Whenever you roll initiative, you become under the effects of sanctuary as if you had already cast it upon yourself.
Patron's Alacrity
Prerequisites: 5th level
You add your Charisma modifier to your initiative. On your first turn of combat, you may take the Dash action as a bonus action.
Confounding Blast
Prerequisite: 5th level, eldritch blast cantrip
Whenever you deal damage with eldritch blast to a creature that is concentrating on a spell, you add 1d4 psychic damage and they roll their Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration with disadvantage.
Shimmerstep
Prerequisites: 5th level
On your turn, you may teleport the first 10 feet of your movement.
You may use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma bonus (minimum 1), and regain all expended uses after you finish a long rest.
Aganazzar's Searing Blood
Prerequisites: 5th level
When an enemy creature hits you with a melee attack, you can cast aganazzar's scorcher at 2nd level as a reaction. You can't do so again until you finish a short rest.
Blood Offering
Prerequisites: 5th level
If you occupy the same square as a humanoid corpse that was slain within the last 1 minute, you may cast any spell you know with the ritual tag as an action, without expending a spell slot.
Your Patron may choose to interact with the corpse, as decided by the DM, and the results may be beautiful or disturbing. For example, The Archfey may have a poisonous berry bush sprout from the chest of the corpse, or The Fiend may cause the corpse to explode in a hellish blaze.
From Level 7
Potent Soul
Prerequisites: 7th level
Your soul is permanently strengthened, enduring even after death. When you are the target of a revivify or greater restoration spell, no material components are required.
When you are the target of raise dead or resurrection, the material component costs required are halved.
This also nullifies the features of spells and abilities that make it difficult to resurrect you, such as being reduced to 0 hit points by the disintegrate spell.
Otherworldly Attendant
Prerequisites: 7th level
You may cast unseen servant as a ritual. When you do so, it lasts for 8 hours, can move up to 300 feet away from you without ending the spell, and can perform more complex tasks. It knows one language you know (choose when casting the spell), can read, write, do basic thinking tasks, and perform labor that a relatively unskilled laborer might reasonably do. If you are not in combat and you have given it no other orders, the servant will do its best to stay within 10 feet of you.
At your discretion, the servant may become visible with a semi-transparent appearance appropriate to your patron.
You may enhance the ritual by spending a spell slot. If you do so, add your proficiency bonus to the AC, hitpoints and Strength of the servant, it gains proficiency with one set of tools (choose when casting the spell), has a movement speed of 30 feet, and lasts for 24 hours.
Calamitous Hex
Prerequisites: 7th level, hex spell
You can cause your hex spell to flare up in a withering assault. Whilst a target is afflicted by your hex, you may as a bonus action intensify it. When you do so, until the start of your next turn, the affected creature has disadvantage on any saving throws it makes against your spells and abilities, and you have advantage on attack rolls against it.
From Level 9
Fiendish Mastery
Prerequisites: 9th level
You can cast infernal calling once using a warlock spell slot. You can't do so again until you finish a long rest. In addition, the creature you summon can be any fiend of challenge rating 6 or lower and, when summoned, the creature's initial attitude to you is indifferent, rather than unfriendly.
Forked Tongue
Prerequisites: 9th level
You can cast command at will as a 1st-level spell, without expending a spell slot. A creature that is charmed by you automatically fails its saving throw.
Circle Adept
Prerequisites: 9th level
You can cast magic circle once using a warlock spell slot. When you do so, you determine the duration of the spell depending on the level of the spell slot as usual, then choose to double it. If you do so, the material component costs are also doubled.
Domineering Presence
Prerequisites: 9th level
As a bonus action, you can deal 2d4 psychic damage to all creatures within 60 feet that are frightened of you or charmed by you. This damage does not trigger saving throws against the charmed or frightened conditions if receiving damage would normally do so. Creatures reduced to 0 hit points by this damage bleed profusely from their nose and ears before collapsing.
From Level 12
Wyrdward
Prerequisites: 12th level
You are permanently under the effects of armor of agathys as if cast as a 1st level spell. If at the start of your turn you have less than 5 temporary hit points from this feature remaining, the spell is reapplied (no action required by you).
When you gain this feature, you may choose the damage type dealt by the effects of armor of agathys from cold, fire, lightning, acid or necrotic.
Sign of Ruinous Omen
Prerequisites: 12th level
You can cast bestow curse once using a warlock spell slot. You can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
When you do so, it has a range of 30 feet, and is cast as a 9th level spell.
Grotesque Kiss
Prerequisites: 12th level
As an action, you can kiss a humanoid within 5 feet that is charmed by you, frightened of you, or is willing. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d10 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If this reduces the creature to 0 hit points, a flood of eldritch energy decapitates it, and if it is CR 1 or greater, it is transformed into a Death's Head. You choose the Beheaded Form it takes: Aberrant Head, Gnashing Head, or Petrifying Head (your DM has the creature's statistics). It is friendly to you and your party, understands one language you speak (choose when it is transformed), and interprets your requests favourably.
Whilst a Death's Head is usually undead, it may instead be of a type more appropriate to your Patron, such as fey, fiend or abberation. Decide with your DM how this changes the creature's appearance, behaviour, and damage type dealt.
You may maintain a number of Death's Head equal to your proficiency bonus. If you are at your limit and create another, the oldest one crumbles into dust.
Occult Understanding
Prerequisites: 12th level
When you make an Intelligence (Arcana) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
From Level 15
Eldritch Ascendence
Prerequisites: 15th level
You learn a ritual which allows you to infuse yourself with unearthly power. The ritual takes 8 hours and requires 2,500 gp of rare materials, which are consumed. In addition, the DM may specify other materials which are required for the successful completion of the ritual, reflecting the difficulty of the task, the demands of your Patron, or the grittiness of the game-world itself.
Upon the successful completion of the ritual, you may select one of the following effects:
- You no longer require air, food, water or sleep. You still require periods of downtime to restore your spells and abilities as usual.
- You gain truesight of 10 feet, and your passive perception becomes 20 (though your Wisdom score does not change).
- You age more slowly: ageing 1 year for every 10 years that passes. You may take this ability again to age 1 year for every 100 years that passes.
- You gain resistance to one damage type, from non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage.
- When you die, after 7 days your spirit supernaturally returns to the world. You come under the effects of raise dead, and this effect ends.
- You increase the cap for one ability score by 2 (up to a limit of 24).
- Your Eldritch Blast now scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
- You gain one more attunement slot (up to a limit of 5).
- You gain one more Eldritch Invocation (up to a limit of 10).
- You gain the service of a small or medium familiar appropriate to your Patron, up to CR 1. The features and restrictions of find familiar apply, except that you can't dismiss it, and if it is reduced to 0 hit points it is slain. You can return it to life in a ritual lasting 8 hours, and consuming magical ingredients worth 250 gp. You can have only one familiar at a time.
The ritual may be completed as many times as your Patron allows, and you gain another new ability each time.
If you lose access to this Invocation, you lose access to any benefits earned through it.
