Evocation Cantrip

You gather an unstable, roiling mass of energy and send it forth. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature or object within range. If it hits, the target takes 1d4 damage of one type and 1d4 damage of another type.

If you score a critical hit, the target suffers two additional effects depending on what types of damage the cantrip deals.

Acid. At the start of your next turn, the target takes acid damage equal to half your level.

Cold. The target's speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.

Fire. Another creature or object of your choice within 5 feet of the target takes fire damage equal to your level.

Force. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or fall prone.

Lightning. The target cannot take a reaction until the start of its next turn.

Necrotic. The target cannot regain hit points until the start of your next turn.

Poison. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or until the start of your next turn, when it makes an attack roll or an ability check, it must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the result.

Psychic. The next time the target makes an attack before the end of your next turn, it must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the result.

Radiant. The next time the target is attacked before the end of your next turn, the attacker rolls a d4 and adds the number rolled to the result.

Thunder. The target is pushed up to 5 feet away.

If the target is immune to a type of damage, it does not suffer the additional effect of that damage type.

This spell’s damage increases by 1d4 of each type when you reach 5th level (4d4), 11th level (6d4), and 17th level (8d4).

Blazing Acid Splash. (Acid/Fire) You attack with an explosive orb of flaming acid that induces two distinct burning sensations.

Blightning. (Lightning/Necrotic) From your fingerprints, you attack with dark lightning that shocks both the target's body and its very soul.

Brain Freeze. (Cold/Psychic) You summon a jagged missile of violet ice that explodes upon impact, psychically amplifying the sensation of cold.

Breath of the Grave. (Necrotic/Poison) You exhale a loathsome cloud of dark gas that you send forth, choking the target.

Burning Toxin Whip. (Fire/Poison) You strike with a whip of verdant flame that makes the target feel on fire both inside and out.

Celestial Storm Strike. (Lightning/Radiant) You blast with a bolt of holy lightning that leaves the target aglow.

Chilling Acid Orb. (Acid/Cold) You launch a sphere of frozen acid that first melts the target before freezing it solid.

Doom Light Arrow. (Poison/Radiant) You attack with a missile of verdant illumination that outlines the target as it sickens it.

Electric Acid Bolt. (Acid/Lightning) You conjure an orb of crackling acid that both dissolves and shocks the target.

Flaming Skull. (Fire/Necrotic) You hurl towards the target a skull made of black fire that ignites not only its body, but its very essence.

Force of Acid. (Acid/Force) You conjure an orb of acid-laden force that explodes upon impact, driving the acid into the target.

Force of Death. (Force/Necrotic) You conjure an orb of force filled with black energy that silently shatters upon upon impact, releasing its lethal contents

Force of Fire. (Fire/Force) You throw a globe of orb of searing force that erupts upon impact.

Force of Frost. (Cold/Force) You assail the target with an orb of freezing force that detonates upon impact, driving ice crystals into the target.

Force of Sound. (Force/Thunder) You summon a globe of force packed with uproar that loudly explodes upon impact.

Force of Will. (Force/Psychic) You summon a globe of force filled with violet psychic power that vanishes upon impact, willing the target to fall over.

Frost Lightning Lash. (Cold/Lightning) You propel towards the target a bolt of blue lightning that freezes whatever it touches.

Frozen Venom Barb. (Cold/Poison) You conjure a spiky projectile of green ice that injects a slowing poison into the target.

Grim Light Blast. (Necrotic/Radiant) You flick towards the target a sphere of withering gray light.

Heaven's Voice. (Radiant/Thunder) You lob a bright sphere of sound that detonates upon impact with the sound of an angelic choir.

Ignite Psyche. (Fire/Psychic) You assault an enemy with a missile of violet fire that detonates upon impact, psychically strengthening the burning sensation.

Luminous Acid Sphere. (Acid/Radiant) You launch an orb of glowing acid that makes the target stand out as it dissolves.

Mind-Melting Orb. (Acid/Psychic) You assault an enemy with a globe of psychically-charged acid that melts the target's body and mind.

Mind-Rot. (Necrotic/Psychic) You attack with a sphere of repulsive deep violet power that decays the target both physically and mentally.

Molten Uproar. (Fire/Thunder) You propel a missile of burning sound that erupts upon impact like a tiny volcano.

Plasma Blast. (Fire/Lightning) You assault an enemy with a chaotic mass of crackling, superheated energy.

Poisonous Sound Grenade. (Poison/Thunder) You propel a sphere of vibrating green sound that erupts with an extremely irritating noise.

Rimefire Bolt. (Cold/Fire) You flick towards the target a missile of gleaming power that simultaneously burns and freezes.

Star Fire. (Fire/Radiant) You hurl white-hot flame, the same bright fire that stars are made of.

Storm of Venom. (Lightning/Poison) You create a bolt of verdant lightning that spreads toxin wherever it touches.

Thunderbolt. (Lightning/Thunder) You blast with a bolt of lightning that makes a rumbling detonation upon impact.

Toxic Thought Bomb. (Poison/Psychic) You lob towards the target a poisonous mass of green-violet matter that subconsciously weakens their natural impulse to resist the toxin.

Venomous Acid Orb. (Acid/Poison) You flick towards the target a sphere of bubbling lime-green acid that explodes with a noisome stench.
