You conjure a magical mirror just before being struck by a spell. If the spell is a spell of 4th level or lower, the spell has no effect and the spell is cast at the original caster as part of this reaction. The spell uses your spellcasting ability modifier for its attack roll or your spell save DC (you must make a new attack roll or the target must make a new saving throw).

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the spell is reflected if it is of a level less than or equal to the level of the spell slot used.
