Circle of the Seasons


All of nature is subservient to the Seasons and the passage of time, and druids of the Circle of the Seasons draw upon the power these times of year possess.

Bonus Cantrip

2nd-level Druid feature

At 2nd level, you learn one additional cantrip associated with the season of your choice. Shocking Grasp for Spring; Firebolt for Summer; Chill Touch for Autumn; or Frostbite for Winter.

Seasonal Cycle

2nd-level Druid feature

When you take this subclass at level 2, you choose a season, each of the following features are affected by the season you choose. You can change the season on a long rest, this changes also changes your features.

Seasonal Spirit

6th-level Druid feature

As a Bonus Action you can expend a use of your Wild Shape to become a manifestation of your chosen season for 10 minutes. Your appearance changes: light green skin with flowers – Spring; dark green skin with leaves – Summer; bark-like skin with branches – Autumn; pale blue skin with ice – Winter. And you gain the following benefits:
  • A number of temporary Hit Points equal to 3 times your Druid level.
  • The stat bonuses for your physical stats (Strength, Dexterity, & Constitution) are doubled.
  • You are under the effects of the Barkskin spell.
  • You deal an additional 2d6 damage to spells/abilities dealing the following damage types: lightning for Spring; fire for Summer; necrotic for Autumn; & cold for Winter.

Season's Might

10th-level Druid feature

While in your wild shape or Seasonal Spirit form you deal extra damage equal to your wisdom modifier to all attacks and spells you make. This damage type is dependent on your Season: lightning - Spring, fire - Summer, necrotic - Autumn, & cold - Winter.

Season's Wrath

14th-level Druid feature

You gain access to the following 8th level spells tied to your season, these count as a druid spells for you, and you can cast the spell corresponding to your current season once per long rest without using a spell slot. The spells are: Sunburst for spring, Incendiary Cloud for summer, Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wilting for autumn, Earthquake for winter.
