Druid - Circle of the Abyss

The Abyss destroys all, consumes all, and corrupts all. Druids of the Circle of the Abyss not only understand this, they embrace it. The chaos of the Abyss is the natural order of things, the strong take what they want, and the weak die.

Druid Level Feature
2nd Demented Wild Shape
6th Improved Demented Wild Shape
10th Primal Resistance
14th Fiery Demise

Demented Wild Shape

When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than as an action.

Additionally, you can use your Wild Shape to transform into a beast or demon with a challenge rating as high as your druid level divided by 3. You ignore the Max. CR column of the Beast Shapes table, but must abide by the other limitations there.

Improved Demented Wild Shape

Starting at 6th level, while you are transformed by Wild Shape, you gain an additional feature of your choice from the options listed below.

Charge of Baphomet

When you move at least 20 feet towards a creature and hit it with a melee attack, the attack deals an extra 1d6 damage.

Deceit of Fraz-Urb'luu

The first attack made against you each round has disadvantage.

Heads of the Demogorgon

You have advantage on saving throws against being blinded, deafened, or stunned.

Hunger of Yeenoghu

When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you can move up to half your speed and make a melee attack against another creature at no action cost.

Spores of Zuggtmoy

When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can force it to make a Wisdom Saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be charmed by you for 30 seconds.

Stench of Juiblex

Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution Saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be poisoned until the start of its next turn.

Sting of Orcus

You gain a bonus action Tail Attack with a reach of 10 feet that deals 1d8 poison damage on a hit, and uses your Dexterity Modifier for attack rolls.

Primal Resistance

Beginning at 10th level, your demonic forms grow more resilient. When you use your Wild Shape to transform into a demon, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Wisdom Score.

Fiery Demise

At 14th level, you don't go down without a fight. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can choose to use your Wild Shape at no action cost. When you use Wild Shape in this way, the Max. CR of the creature you turn into is increased by 1 and this does not expend a use of Wild Shape.

You can do this once, and regain the ability to do so after you finish a long rest.
