Paragon Virtue of Childhood

You're disgusted by the idea of growing up. You can't imagine why anybody would ever want to abandon the simple pleasures of being a child, free from the shackles of adult life. No bills, no taxes, no rules to follow - just being a little mischief-maker, day-in and day-out.

Spirit of Youth

At 3rd level, your devotion to your Virtue has manifested in such a way that your body cannot be changed from the way you perceive it to be. You have immunity to spells and other effects that would alter your form. Additionally, you do not age, and cannot be aged magically. Lastly, you can change your appearance to reflect the way you would have looked at different points throughout your life, from birth to the way you would look if you were still capable of dying from old age. Paragons of this Virtue typically use this ability to appear as a teenager or a young child.

Fairy Companion

Also at 3rd level, you have attracted the companionship of a fairy. You choose the appearance of your fairy companion when you get this feature. This fairy acts on your turn in combat, and it can only take the Help, Dodge, Disengage, or Use an Object action. Obviously, the fairy can't do much in combat outside of activating magic items, but out of combat, the fairy can be very useful as a scout or a thief of sorts. The fairy is friendly to you and will generally do what you say, but it may or may not be friendly towards your allies. If the Fairy Companion dies or it separated from you, you can spend an hour of free time to have your fairy come back to you. This can be done over the course of a rest.

Additionally, you learn how to speak, read, and write Sylvan.

Faith, Trust, and Fairy Dust

At 6th level, you've spent so much time alongside your Pixie companion that you've learned to mimic their flight. By spending one Nerve point, you gain a flying speed equal to twice your walking speed, and you can hover. This flying speed lasts for one hour. Additionally, you learn the Druidcraft, Prestidigitation, Thaumaturgy, and Mage Hand cantrips. When you cast these cantrips, they do not require verbal, somatic, or material components, and the hand created by Mage Hand is invisible.

Never Grow Up

At 13th level, you've taken to spreading your Virtue to others. You or your Fairy Companion can use an action to cast Fly on a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus (minimum of 2). When you cast Fly in this way, it has a range of 60 feet, does not require concentration, and lasts for the full duration. Once you or your Fairy Companion use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Second Star to the Right

At 20th level, you embody the essence of what it means to be a child: True, unrestricted freedom. If you can clearly see the sky and are not barred from flying towards it in any way (such as only being able to see the sky through the bars of a jail cell) you can fly towards it over the course of ten minutes, after which time you can reappear in any place on the same plane as you, so long as that place is also one that has a similarly unobstructed view of the sky. You can also use this ability to travel to other planes freely. Anybody who has a flying speed granted to them by your Never Grow Up feature can follow you wherever you go via this ability. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
