Yeenoghu's Curse

Once infected by the bite of a champion of Yeenoghu, it is near impossible to quell the gnawing hunger of Yeenoghu's curse.

When you reduce a creature to 0 HP, you must use your reaction to move up to half your movement speed to a random nearby enemy and make a Yeenoghu's Bite attack against them. If there are no nearby enemies, you must make the attack against a random nearby ally instead.

Yeenoghu's Bite

• Unarmed strike, your teeth grow into fangs as you are overtaken by the bloodlust of Yeenoghu, the Ruler of Ruin.
• On a successful hit, you regain HP equal to your con mod.
