The Brittle
The warlocks of The Brittle often do not become warlocks of their own accord, lest they are insanely hungry for power, at any cost.
Most warlocks of The Brittle are bound to the patron at birth, or were put into a situation where they were forced to take its offer.
Spreading Brittleness
Starting at first level, you gain the ability to change any of your damaging spells to range of touch and it gains one of the following abilities (chosen by you)
- (Stamina Drain; Minor) You regain half of the damage dealt by the spell
- (Fortitude; Reduce) You increase the to-hit by your charisma modifier or the dc by half of your charisma modifier (rounded up)
- (Touch of Death) The target gains vulnerability to the damage type of the spell(Deals normal damage if the target is resistant, deals half damage if the target is immune), before it is affected. This lasts till the end of the warlock’s turn.
You can do this a number of times equal to half your proficiency modifier (rounded up).
Aoe spells only effect single targets when using spreading brittleness.
Spells originally with range of touch can use spreading brittleness as well.
Fragility
Starting at first level, your body is incredibly weak, your bones are brittle... A simple touch can bring you to death…
- Your hit die is reduced to 1d4, instead of 1d8.
- You are restricted from getting the “Tough” feat

Fragile Pact
Following the nature of your patron, you shatter the gifts he has given you.
- Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to expend up to 3 of your pact magic spell-slots to make them into temporary spell slots of a lower level, equal to the level of the spellslot (example, expending two level 3 spell slots to make 2 level 2 slots and 2 level 1 slots). These spell slots disappear on a short/long rest. You can do this once per short/long rest
Stamina Drain; Major
At 10th level, you are able to siphon the energy of your foes.
- As an action; make a spell attack roll with a range of touch, and on hit, deal 5d8 necrotic damage (increases to 6d8 at level 14, 8d8 at level 20)
- Siphoning the life-force of the target you hit, regain hp equal to double the amount of necrotic you dealt. (can be done a number of times equal to half of your proficiency bonus rounded up)
Curse of the Brittle
At 14th level, you gain the ability to curse your foe with unrivaled weakness.
- As a bonus action, you can curse an enemy to become vulnerable to all damage that you deal (Bypasses resistance and immunity) for one minute, at the cost of yourself.
- During this minute, you too become vulnerable to all damage types the cursed enemy deals. This curse lasts for a minute or until either the target or you die. You can use this ability once per short/long rest.
