Subsidized Spell

Prerequisite(s): Cha 13, Con 13
Benefit(s): Whenever you cast a subsidized spell, its hitpoint cost is minimized, i.e., instead of rolling for it as you normally would, you would treat each die as though it had landed on a 1.
Note: Spells that are not cast via Blood Magic cannot benefit from the effect of this feat.
Level Increase: +1 (a subsidized spell expends a spell slot that is one level higher than the spell’s original level)
