Not everyone is born with the gift of martial competence. Unlike barbarians who can naturally weild massive weapons or monks who are agile beyond belief, Technocrats build their way up, circuit by circuit.

Their Arcanotech is personal to each such monk, forged to shape their own ki into magic. Technocrats boast versatility unlike any monk, combining the ancient and the modern.

#### Arcanotech
*3rd level Technocrat feature*<br>
You learn to create arcane contraptions to channel your ki into different forms. You learn technocrat spells when you reach certain monk levels, as described at the end of the class description. When you cast a technocrat spell, it has a range of self.

You can cast them by spending ki equal to 1 + the spell level, requiring no components or spell slots. Wisdom is your spellcasting modifier for these spells.

#### Bonus proficiencies
*3rd level Technocrat feature*<br>
You gain proficiency in arcana and tinkerer's tools, as well as martial weapons.

#### Machine mind
*6th level Technocrat feature*<br>
You gain a bonus on concentration checks and saving throws against being charmed or frightened equal to your wisdom modifier.

#### Ki engine
*11th level Technocrat feature*<br>
When you cast a technocrat spell with a duration of 1 minute or longer, it lasts until you cast another (or until it ends in another manner, such as due to losing concentration).

#### Ex-Machina
*17th level Technocrat feature*<br>
The system of contraptions you have built has a spirit of its own. When you cast an arcanotech spell, the machine spirit aids you in maintaining it. You cannot lose concentration on this spell as a result of taking damage.
