Barbarian:

Path of the Thunderbolt

With the fierce temper of an oncoming storm, these barbarians are the warriors of will and fervor. The path of the Thunderbolt is one of electrifying zeal and passion, of impatience and celerity.

Thunderbolts are impulsive and often found living as hermits and travelers, for few can bear their thunderous temper. They may find their kin in the tumultuous seas, living as jolly sailors... or as manic pirates.

The storm within screams to you to rage and churn as a tempest unleashed, the world around you begs for you to cease. For whom do you wield your thunder? Do you revel in this storm or do you attempt to reign it in?

Fulmination

3rd level Thunderbolt feature
You carry the might of the storm, rushing through the battlefield like a bolt of lightning. When you rage and as a bonus action on your turns for the duration, you can move upto your movement speed in a straight line. This movement doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity.

If you hit a creature with a weapon attack during or immediately after this movement, the creature takes 1d6 + half your barbarian level (rounded down) as lightning damage.

You can deal this additional damage only once on each of your turns.

Arcing bolts

6th level Thunderbolt feature
When you deal lighting damage to a creature with fulmination, up to 3 creatures of your choice within 15ft of the target take an equal amount of lightning damage.

Evasion

10th level Thunderbolt feature
You can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a red dragon's fiery breath or an Ice Storm spell. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.

Culminating storm

14th level Thunderbolt feature
Your lightning grows ever fiercer with your rage. While you rage, the damage from your fulmination increases by 1d6 at the end of each of your turns, to a maximum of 10d6.

This increase ends if you haven't attacked a hostile creature since the beginning of your last turn.
