# Tori-Tori No Mi: Model: Phoenix in Dnd 5e ### Eating a Devil Fruit A Devil Fruit is a permanent legendary consumable item only one of which exists in the world at a time. When you eat a Devil Fruit you automatically attune to it, only one bite is required and only the first person to eat it gains the benifits or curse. You can "Feed" a Devil Fruit to a weapon by extracting some juice from the fruit and marinating it for the time normally required to attune. The weapon immediately requires attunment if it didn't before, if the weapon required attunment the weapon now requires two slots of attunment. This weapon doesn't count as magical, but gains sentience and follows the commands of the one attuned to it. The weapon also retains any features from before it consumed the Devil Fruit. ### Features of a Devil Fruit When a Devil Fruit is eaten you gain the following features. If you eat a second Devil Fruit you disentagrate and the Devil Fruit respawns somewhere in the world. Even if you are brought back by a spell you lose the Devil Fruit. ### Feature: Cursed By the Sea You become **Incapacitated** and immediately begin sinking at 60ft per round while up to your waist in seawater. ### Transformation The Tori-Tori No Mi: Model: Phoenix is a Zoan type Devil Fruit. For example if you had a 8 in Strength and a 14 in Intelligence but the creature had an 18 in Strength and a 6 in Intelligence you would take the 18 Strength and the 14 Intelligence. ### Feature: Zoan Resillience When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest. \columnbreak ### Hp Modification You have a single Hp pool that transfers throughout the different forms and the Regeneration effect also works regardless of form. ___ > ## Phoenix >*Medium (Or your size if larger) Elemental, lawful good (For Weapons Only)* > ___ > - **Armor Class** 14 > - **Hit Points** 78 (10d8 + 16) *(For Weapons)* > - **Speed** 25 ft. > - **Flying Speed** 60ft > - **Resistances** Radiant, Fire >___ >|STR|DEX|CON|INT|WIS|CHA| >|:---:|:---:|:---:|:---:|:---:|:---:| >|13 (+1)|18 (+4)|14 (+2)|12 (+1)|14 (+2)|16 (+3)| >___ > - **Senses** darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 16 > - **Languages** Common, Elemental > - **Challenge** 10 (3900 XP) > ___ > > ***Spellcasting:*** The Phoenix uses CHA as the spellcasting modifier: >*Can Cast the following spells at Will:* > - Sacred Flame > - Cure Wounds (1st level) > - Healing Word (1st level) > > ***Regeneration.*** The Phoenix regains 20 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point and isn't affected by the *Cursed By the Sea Feature*.
