Path of the Shaman
Some barbarians hone not only their body, but their mind as well, picking up the secrets of the arcane arts to aid them and their tribe. These barbarians learn to cast spells to grant them vision, as well as spells to hinder and corrupt.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells. See chapter 10 of the Player's Handbook for the general rules of spellcasting and chapter 11 for the wizard's spell list.
Cantrips. You learn two cantrips of your choice from the wizards spell list. You learn an additional wizard cantrip of your choice at 10th level.
Spell Slots. The Shaman Spellcasting Table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level or higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell's level or higher. Your regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
For example, if you know the 1st-level spell identify and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level slot available, you can cast identify using either slot.
Spells Known of 1st-Level and Higher. You know three 1st-level wizard spells of your choice, two of which you must choose from the divination and necromancy spells on the wizard spell list.
The Spells Known column of the Shaman Spellcasting table shows when you learn more wizard spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be a divination or necromancy spell of your choice, and must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
The spells you learn at 8th, 14th, and 20th level can come from any school of magic.
Whenever you gain a level in this class, you can replace one of the wizard spells you know with another spell of your choice from the wizard spell list. The new spell must be of a level for which you have spell slots, and it must be a divination or necromancy spell, unless you're replacing the spell you gained at 8th or 14th level.
Spellcasting Ability Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for your wizard spells, since you learn your spells through study and memorization. You use your Intelligence whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Intelligence modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a wizard spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence modifier

Visions of the Future
When you take this path at 3rd level, you gain a limited insight into the future through your dreams. When you finish a long rest, roll a d20 and record the result. Any time, before your next long rest, you can replace an attack roll, skill check, or saving throw of any creature you can see (including yourself) with this roll. You must make the decision to do so before the roll is made. Once you influence a roll using this feature, you must complete a long rest before doing so again.
Tribal Rites
Your foray into the magical arts has taught you how to slowly draw out the magic of your spells, to lessen the strain on you.
Starting 6th level, you can cast a wizard spell as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag and you know the spell.
You also gain a ritual of 1st level from the wizard spell list, and gain an additional ritual spell at 7th, 13th, and 19th level. These new spells must be wizard rituals of the highest level you can cast, and you can only cast them as rituals.
Minor Magical Item
You learn to imbue trinkets with your magic, setting them to trigger upon use or destruction.
At 10th level, at the end of a long rest, you can store a cantrip you know into a tiny object. This cantrip can be used by any creature as a bonus action, and can use the cantrip a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus. This item holds its power until the end of your next long rest, or until all charges have been used up.
Casting a cantrip from this item is not considered casting a spell, so it cannot be counterspelled, and you can use it while raging. A dispel magic cast on the object ends the effect early.
Shaman's Fury
You have learned to channel magic through you so that it is no longer hindered by your rage.
At 14th level, your rage no longer prevents you from casting spells. Furthermore, when you use your action to cast a spell during your rage, you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action. However, you still cannot concentrate on spells while you are raging.
