When a creature refers to this ring, their thoughts regarding it are never certain. Whenever the wearer of this ring makes a decision, there is a large chance of them suddenly feeling a sense of doubt over it and possibly becoming completely indecisive regarding it.

Anyone that suspects the ring to alter thoughts can attempt a DC 20 Wisdom (Arcana) check to realize its effects and become immune to them.
