# Otherworldly Patron: Formless Mother
An Outer God also known as the "mother of truth" who craves wounds. The Formless Mother employs you as their primary vassal and is associated with Blood Incantations. When you stood before her, your accursed blood erupted with fire.

As a chosen one of Formless Mother, you're proficient with closed combat with your fearsome Bloodflame Blade and can sacrificed your life force to bleed your enemy.

### Swarm of Bloodflies
*1st-level Formless Mother feature*

You learn the *infestation* cantrip. It count as warlock cantrip for you, but it doesn’t count against your number of cantrips known. Upon casting, you releases a swarm of bloodflies to assault your foes which deals fire damage instead of poison.

In addition, you can cast it as a bonus action a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) per long rest.

### Bloodflame Blade
*1st-level Formless Mother feature*

At 1st level, you acquire the training necessary to effectively arm yourself for battle. You gain proficiency with medium armor and martial weapons.

The formless mother also grant you one blood weapon of your choice. After you finish a long rest, you can touch one melee weapon that you are proficient with. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest. If you later gain the Pact of the Blade feature, this benefit extends to every pact weapon you conjure with that feature, no matter the weapon’s type.

Whenever you hit a creature with your Bloodflame Blade, you can choose to take necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus, which can't be reduced in any way. Doing this, the creature you hit take 1d4 + the amount of damage you took as fire damage.

### Bloodboon
*6th-level Formless Mother feature*

When you roll a Hit Die to regain hit points, the minimum number of hit points you regain from the roll equals twice your Charisma modifier (minimum of 2).

Additionally, when you expend a spell slot to cast a spell from your warlock expended spell list, you can change its damage type to fire.

### Bloodflame Talon
*10th-level Formless Mother feature*

When you hit a creature with your Bloodflame Blade, you can expend a use of this feature to creates bloodflame lacerations before you, which explode in an instant. The creature take 1d8 fire damage, you can also expend one of your warlock spell slot to deal additional 1d8 per level of the spell slot when you use this feature.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), you regain the use of this feature after a long rest.

### Blood Mother Ritual
*14th-level Formless Mother feature*

As an action, you perform a sacred ritual by thrusting your Bloodflame Blade into the air, generates a ring of 30 ft radius around yourself. You take 10d6 necrotic damage, which can't be reduced in any way. Each creature within range (excluding yourself) must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take twice the damage you took from this feature as fire damage. On successful save, they take the same amount of damage that you took as fire damage.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
