Divine Servitors

Divine servitors are some of the first titans ever created by the gods. Unlike their other kin, divine servitors were not created for the primary purpose of war or protection, but instead for exploration. Their divine purpose is to travel across the various realms of the multiverse to find new worlds in which their divine masters can expand their respective domains.

Divine Explorers

In their travels throughout the multiverse, divine servitors primarily seek out the realms with mortals souls that hold potential to being converted into the domain of their gods. Planes that harbor more power inhabitants such as fiends, aberrations, or even other Celestials are typically overlooked and ignored. Once a fitting realm is found, the divine servitor assumes the role of a guardian over that realm, overseeing the progression of civilization to ensure that the divine influence of the master spreads.

In most circumstance, divine servitors rarely make their presence directly known to a realm's inhabitants, as its primary purpose is to protect the designate realm until their master's divine presence has established a foothold. Once complete, the divine servitor continues its journey back into the multiverse to find new worlds.

Agents of Extinction

Unfortunately, not all encounters from divine servitors are innately benevolent. In certain scenarios, especially in the case of newly developing realms, divine servitors have been known to completely annihilate entire civilizations on a realm that may impede the progress of their god's influence. In many instances, divine servitors have been known to wage war on Elder primordials and elementals that typically claim domain over new realms by severing their connection to the mortal realms back to the Elemental Planes. Celestial servitors aligned to more ambitious gods have been known to raze realms with the growing influence of other gods to prevent the influence of their rival to spreading and become a threat to their god's domain.

Divine servitor Tactics

Just like any other titan, battling a divine servitor is akin to fighting a force of nature. Thankfully, due to their wandering nature, direct encounters with divine servitors are quite rare, mainly due to the fact that thy either spend most of their time wandering the Astral Sea or lying dormant on host world. Only when purging a realm from extraplanar influence (such as elemental or other celestials) or protecting a host world will the divine servitor directly interact with mortalkind.

Planar Mastery

Divine servitors possess incredibly mastery of planar and temporal magics, as they are able to shape the very fabric of the cosmos to their will. Despite their incredible power, divine servitors have very different tactics depending on the reasons of their awakening. If they are seeking to remove extraplanar influences, their primary tactics would revolve around banishing its extraplanar foes using its Planar Disjunction ability. Typically, in such an encounter, the divine servitor will focus the majority of its attacks on otherworldly creatures, only using its Divine Extinction ability to annihilate any mortal followers who seek to hinder its goals.

However, if the divine servitors goals in Planar Purging, it will show no mercy to any creature in its path. Its favored tactic will be utilizing Divine extinction to obliterate swathes of enemies, and will only use its Planar Disjunction ability to permanently banish incredibly powerful opponents.

Battle Strategies

Despite its colossal size, the divine servitor's greatest advantage in battle is its mobility. Thanks to its temporal mastery, it can bend reality itself to warp around the battlefield. Dealing with these titans would require a lot of ingenuity, as it will resort to banishing or teleporting any opponents who get the upper hand against it. Typically, the divine servitor only requires a few days to fully complete its goals, so teleporting any feasible threats typically provides it enough time to complete its work before vanishing back into the multiverse.
