## Ranger: Deadeye Conclave #### Expert Sharpshooter Deadeye rangers excel when fighting from long distances. Their accuracy and deadliness in combat is matched by very few rangers. As a deadeye ranger, your precision is unlike any other user of ranged weapons, often chosen to protect royal palaces, or to deliver long range fire in war. ### Deadeye Magic As a Deadeye ranger, you have a widespread reputation of your deadliness in combat. Starting at 3rd level when you select this subclass, you can cast the ***cause fear*** as a bonus action with a range of 100 feet, without consuming a spell slot. Once you use this feature, you may not use it again until you complete a long rest. ### Nock Nock Starting at 3rd level, you learn to wield a bow with great skill, being able to shoot several arrows at once. When you make an attack with a bow in which you are proficient, you can choose to fire two arrows at once. These arrows can be fired at a single target, or can target two separate creatures provided they are within 5 feet of one another, given that one creature is not directly behind the other. You can use this feature a number of times per short or long rest equal to your dexterity modifier (Minumum of 1) + your proficiency bonus. \columnbreak ### Skilled Sniper At 7th level, your prowess with the bow and arrows increases, and so does your deadliness in combat. You have incredible precision when attacking from long range. When you make a ranged weapon attack from a distance of 100 feet or more, you score a critical hit on a 19 or 20 on the d20, and you can add half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) to your attack rolls with ranged weapons from this distance. This bonus does stack with the bonus granted by the *Archery* fighting style. ### Triple Striker At 11th level, you gain the ability to fire many arrows at once with your bow. When you use your *Nock Nock* feature, you can fire three arrows at once instead of two. Additionally, you can now target up to three creatures, and the maximum distance between targets increases to 10 feet. ### Death Bolt At 17th level, you have mastered the ability to kill enemies from range with a single firing of your bow. At the start of your first turn each combat, you can attack with a ranged weapon as a bonus action, and when you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack on this turn, you roll one of the damage dice an additional time.
