After you kill a creature or drop a creature to 0 hit points, you can channel the thrill of victory into vitality. Immediately as a reaction, you can roll one of your Hit Dice and add your Constitution modifier to the result, expending the Hit Dice and gaining Hit Points equal to the total result.
