College of Command
Bards of command are effective leaders and trusted companions. Often known for their overwhelming presence in battle, Bards of this college are trained in magical chants and commands used to bolster their allies and hinder foes. Their presence alone is enough to turn the tides of battle and rip victory from the jaws of defeat.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of command at 3rd level you gain proficiency with medium armor and shields.
In addition due to your experience in speech and diplomacy you have advantage when attempting to make a Charisma (Persuasion) check to Pacify an enemy in combat or a Charisma (Performance) Check to instagate a crowd.
Essence of Command
When you join the College of Command at 3rd level you learn to better guide your allies in combat. As a bonus action you can expend one use of bardic inspiration to use a command, each command has a range of 60 feet.
- Coordinated Movements: You can expend a bardic inspiration die to allow a number of creatures equal to half your charisma modifier (rounded up) to use its reaction to move up to its speed. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
- Focused Onslaught: As a bonus action you can expend one bardic inspiration die you can choose to mark a creature to attack. Choose a creature to mark until the start of your next turn, whenever an ally attacks that creature they can add a bonus to hit equal to half of your charisma modifier (rounded up)
- Rallying Cry: As a bonus action you can expend one bardic inspiration die to reinvigorate your allies. A number of creatures equal to half your charisma modifier (rounded up) gain a number of temporary hit points equal to 5 + your Bard Level
Commanding Presence
Starting at 6th level your presence is greatly enhanced when using a command. When you use a command you can also choose to exude one of the following Presences.
- Presence of the Lion Force a number of creatures equal to half your charisma modifier within 60 feet to make a wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the start of your next turn
- Presence of the Stallion When you use a command choose a number of creatures equal to your charisma modifier, their walking speed increases by 10 feet until the start of your next turn
- Presence of the Flag Bearer When you use a command a number of creatures equal to your charisma modifier within 60 feet regain hit points equal to half your bard level

Effective Leader
At 14th level your commands become even more effective. When you use a command you can choose to greatly increase its potency doubling its range along with all of its effects (Bonus to hit, Temporary hit points etc.)
You can use this feature a number of times equal to half your Charisma Modifier (Rounded Down)
