Sorcerous Origin: Shard of Divinity
You either were a god, or bestowed the vestiges of a former god in the vain hope of surviving. Regardless, this has given you fantastic powers. But these powers are just echoes of divinity, a mere scrap in the face of eternity.
But, in your body, they have the capacity to grow, and become even more powerful than they where before.
Shard of Divinity Features
| Sorcerer Level | Feature |
|---|---|
| 1st | Divine Vessel, Divine Aspect, Limited Omnipresence |
| 6th | Channel Divinity |
| 14th | Anything you can do... |
| 18th | Manifest Destiny |
Divine Vessel
Due to the origin of your powers, you do select your spells from the cleric spell list instead of the sorcerer spell list. They count as sorcerer spells for you.
Additionally, thanks to your connection to the divine, you gain proficiency in the Religion skill.
Divine Aspect
At 1st level, you choose a divine domain from the cleric class. You gain it's additional spells, treating your sorcerer level as cleric levels for the purposes of which spells you gain. These spells counts as a sorcerer spells for you, but don't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.
Limited Omnipresence
You have the ability to potentially be in many places at once. If you are targeted by an attack, or would be subjected to a saving throw, you can use your reaction to be someplace else. Pick an open space that you can reach within a distance equal to 5 feet times your Proficiency bonus. If this would take you out of reach of what triggered the reaction, you are not affected by it, otherwise, the attack is made at disadvantage, or you make the saving throw with advantage.
Once you use this ability, you cannot use it until you finish a short or long rest. If your movement speed is 0 for any reason, you cannot use this feature.
Channel Divinity
Starting from 6th level, you gain the ability to channel a fraction divine energy of the god your echo of divinity hails from, using that energy to fuel magical effects. You gain the 2nd level Channel Divinity feature specified in your chosen domain.
You must finish a short or long rest before you can Channel Divinity again.
Some Channel Divinity effects require saving throws. When you use such an effect from this class, the DC equals your sorcerer spell save DC.
Anything You Can Do...
At 14th level, your spark of divinity has granted you a speck of the omniscience it once had. When you cast a spell, you can cast any spell of a level that you can cast even if you do not know it.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Manifest Destiny
At 18th level, you learn the wish spell. It does not count against you number of spells known.
Using wish to produce any effect other than duplicating another spell of 8th level or lower does not come at the risk of no longer being able to cast it again.
