Little Gray Alien
Grays are small slender creatures, with bulbous heads, large black eyes, two noes slits, and a mouth, just a run-of-the-mill normalish mouth. Their skin tones range from pale grey to dark grey, though some communities have a greenish hue to their skin. When they first visit a place their appearance can be quite striking for most intelligent species, and they usually show up with some advanced technology. But once they’ve settled into a community their advanced knowledge is invaluable, becoming leaders in science, medicine, and technology.
Grays have been a pervasive exploring species across the galaxies. Sometimes their pursuit of knowledge gets a bit out of hand, abducting and performing “experiments” on other creatures and humanoids without consent, most Grays views this as a dark spot on their past and are working on being better.
Gray Traits
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Age. Not much is known about the lifespan of a Gray, they seem to mature faster than Humans, reaching maturity at about 10 years. It is assumed that the average lifespan is close to 200 years, but could perhaps be even longer.
Alignment. Grays have a strong sense of community, regardless of their own personal inclinations. Most Grays tend to be Lawful.
Size. Heights ranging from 2 to 4 feet tall. Your size is Small.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. Thanks to your Alien physiology, you have superior vision in dark and dim Conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in Darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in Darkness, only Shades of Gray.
Telepathy. You can communicate telepathically with creatures within 120 feet that know a language.
Shielded Mind. You have advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma Saving Throws.
Mind Over Matter. You may use your Intelligence modifier in place of your Strength or Dexterity modifier when using the Athletics or Acrobatics skills. Additionally you learn the Mage Hand Cantrip.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Deep Speech, and one extra language of your choice.
