While playing on Eldritch Foundry during a livestream with my favorite TikToker, I came across the Deep Dweller species and shortly after that the dimension adjuster.  I made a beefy illithid.  There are plenty of wizard/illithid combinations, but not many that are strong, so I made my own hybrid.  Cephalo Papi is a Legendary Gladiator (idea borrowed from Dragonix, check them, they have great stuff) and a standard illithid with some flavor additions and adjustments, like a psychic knife attack.  This beefcake can pose, strike, and eat its way into your brain, or the brains of your martial party members.  Enjoy!
