Sorcerous Origin: Solar
Solar Sorcerers are a phenomenon where a modicum of celestial heritage or celestial blood practically erupts with raw radiant energy, giving them an incandescence that rivals the sun. These Solar Sorcerers are powered by the Sun itself, and can draw upon its infinite light to burn their enemies and to illuminate that which is in the dark.







Solar Physiology
Beginning at 1st level, you do not need to have a Sunstone to cast Solarmancy spells and you learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Solar Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.
Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a Solarmancy spell.

Solar Aura
Beginning at 1st level, whenever you cast a sorcerer spell you can choose to emit 30 feet of bright light until the end of your turn. When you emit this bright light, you can cause all creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you to take Radiant damage equal to your Charisma modifier. This damage increases to half your Proficiency bonus plus your Charisma modifier at 6th level and your Proficiency bonus plus your Charisma modifier at 14th level.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. While you have no uses available, you can spend 1 sorcery point to use this feature again.
Grace of the Sun
Beginning at 6th level, the sun revitalizes you and you can absorb its power. You have resistance to radiant and fire damage, you ignore the environmental effects of Extreme heat, and if you take a short rest in direct sunlight, you regain 1d4 sorcery points. Once you have used this feature, you cannot use it again until you complete a long rest.
Concentrated Corona
Beginning at 6th level, when using your Solar Aura feature to damage creatures, you can extend the radius of the creatures damaged by your flash of radiant light to 40 feet or choose to create a 60 foot cone of damaging radiant light.
Revealing Light
Beginning at 14th level, the radius of light emitted by your Solar Aura is doubled and the light you emit now dispels magical darkness. Furthermore, whenever you deal radiant damage to a creature with a spell or with your Solar Aura feature, they cannot benefit from invisibility or half cover until the end of your next turn.
Incandesence
As an action by expending 5 sorcery points, you become enveloped in dancing flames and searing radiance as you channel the destructive power of the sun. Each creature of your choice within 60 feet of you that can see you must immediately make a Constitution saving throw or become Blinded until the end of your next turn. In addition to this, you gain the following benefits;
- All of your Solarmancy spells are empowered as if you were Natural Sunlight
- You emit 60 feet of Sunlight that counts as sunlight for the purposes of immunities and weaknesses
- Each creature that enters a space within 30 feet of you or starts their turn within 30 feet of you takes radiant damage equal to your Sorcerer level
- Flammable objects that are neither worn nor carried catch on fire within 30 feet of you
These benefits last for 1 minute or until you suppress this overwhelming radiance early as a bonus action.
