Glyphar Spells

3rd level Glyphar feature

You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Glyphar Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Contingent Casting

3rd level Glyphar feature

Starting 3rd level, you learn a new style of casting. You can cast an artificer spell of 1st level or higher and imbue it into an item or surface, called a Glyph. Glyphs may trigger in the following ways.

You may have a number of Glyphs active equal to your Proficiency Modifier, and they disappear on a long rest.

Glyphed Weaponry

3rd level Glyphar feature

At 3rd level, you acquire the training necessary to effectively arm yourself for battle. You gain proficiency with martial weapons.

You have learned to imbue your weapons with glyphs that increase their connection with you. Whenever you finish a long rest, you can touch one weapon, turning it into your Glyphed Weapon. When you attack with that weapon, you can use your Intelligence modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls. This benefit lasts until you finish a long rest. You may use your Glyphed Weapon as a spellcasting Focus

Extra Attack

5th level Glyphar feature

Starting at 5th level, your ability to weave glyphs into combat increases. you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Moreover, you can cast one of your cantrips in place of one of those attacks.

Permanent Glyph

9th level Glyphar feature

Starting at 9th level, your knowledge of Glyphs has made a qualitative change. You can create a permanent Glyph by casting a spell in the same location or item every day for one week, as well as providing 200gp of incense and diamond dust. A Glyph cast in this way does not count against your total.

Arcane Efficiency

15th level Glyphar feature

Starting at 15th level, your mastery of glyphs has reached unparalleled heights, and you can now eke out more power from them. Your glyphs may trigger twice before disappearing
