Way Of The Other-Self

The Persona is a mask, a mask we wear to subdue all of the primitive urges, impulses, and emotions that are not considered socially acceptable, and that, if we were to act upon them, would make us look like fools.
The difficulty with the persona arises only when one becomes so closely identified with his role that he loses all sense of self.

The Persona

3rd-level Other-Self feature
You can spend 1 ki point to summon and put your mask as a bonus action, gaining the following effects for 10 minutes:
• You can use your Wisdom instead of Charisma for charisma rolls
• While sleeping you can enter a mental space called the Velvet Room, where you can change your Persona
Once per long rest, you can choose 3 types of damage, you become vulnerable to one, resistant to the other and your unarmed strikes or monk weapons can be replaced by the other.
You can also choose 1 cantrip and any lv 1 spell, which you can cast a number of times equal to half your Proficiency Bonus.
At lv 11 and 17 you gain access to spells of lv 2 and 3 respectively
You can spend ki points to cast it as a higher level spell. Each additional ki point you spend increases the spell's level by 1. The maximum number of ki points that you can spend equals half your monk level (rounded down) - 2.

The Shadow

6th-level Other-Self feature
As an action, you can invoke the shadow of a creature you can see, it has to do a Wisdom Saving Throw againts your Ki Save DC:
On a failed one it subtracs your Proficiency Bonus to attack and damage rolls for 1 minute, on a succesful one the creature takes psychic damage equal to 3 rolls of your Martial Arts die and becomes immune ot this feature for 24 hours.
At lv 11 and 17, the damage of this feature increases to four and five rolls of your Martial Arts die respectively.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus and you recover all expended uses after a long rest.

The Anima

11th-level Other-Self feature
When an enemy is using an active ability, you can use your reaction and spend 3 ki points to prevent it from working, the enemy has to do a wisdom saving throw against you Ki save DC, on a failed save the ability doesn't work, and if it has limited uses they are not consumed when canceled

The Self

17th-level Other-Self feature
"I am thou... Thou art I... Thou hast acquired a new vow... It shall become the wings of rebellion That breaketh thy chains of captivity. With the birth of our true self I have obtained the winds of blessing that shall lead to freedom and new power..."
You have finally realized... Persona, Shadow, Anima... everything's just two sides of the same coin, everything is just you, your true self...
• Enhanced Persona: Your mask breaks and fuses with your body, being always active (Unless you choose to deactivate it)
resistance becomes immunity and you can, as an action, spend 2 ki points to change the damage of your unarmed strikes, immunity and vulnerability
• Friendly Shadow: You have accepted your shadow self as part of yourself, creatures have disadvantage on the saving throw of The Shadow feature

The Shadow

The Shadow is everything that we have denied in ourself and cast into oblivion, but that we can notice in other people - such things might include our sexuality, aggression, cowardice, carelessness, etc. The Shadow embrace all those sins, dark thoughts and moods for which we felt guilt and shame.

The Anima

You have accepted your positive and negative traits, and slowly getting closer to something you can't really understand, you learned how to use your ki to affect other people traits directly.
